Description
The FlightCrew™ 3 and FlightCrew™ 4 Replacement Wheels Kit (P9081WK) has everything you need to replace the wheels on your FlightCrew™ 3 or FlightCrew™ 4 collection rollaboard or rolling tote. The kit includes 76mm wheels and the axles. All you need is a screwdriver!
*Note this wheel kit has Wheel Cups that will only work for the FlightCrew™ 4 collection. Unsure if you have FlightCrew™ 4? Check the style number on the tag inside your bag. Style number should begin with 38**-01 or 39**-01.
These 75MM In-Line Skate Wheels are a great way to keep your luggage rolling smoothly. These wheels are all black, so they will match your luggage. Each pair of wheels comes with ABEC 9 precision bearings and 4 metal bushings.
**Please ensure that your luggage has wheels that can be removed before ordering. Please measure your wheels to make sure you are getting the right size. 75mm = 3 inches and the wheels are 1" thick with bearings.
The flanged bushings are used to step down the bearings inside diameter from 8mm to 6mm (the diameter of most Travelpro axles) and also to provide 2mm of space between the wheel and the housing.
The 75MM wheels will fit most Travelpro FlightCrew 2 - 5 and Crew 3 - 9 rollaboards and Platinum 4 & 5.
Will fit other brands also. Check dimensions.
Bearings are removable if you need to switch them inside out to custom fit into wider spaces.
NOTE -- This will NOT fit Walkabout Lite 4
NOTE -- This will fit Walkabout Lite 3 but you would need to reuse one of your old bearings (no bushings needed)
NOTE -- This will also fit Crew Series Plus (old) but you need to remove the wheel housing, take off the axle clip, pull pin out, switch wheel, and reinstall/reattach
NOTE -- The spacers on these are now a little longer than pictured, will not affect functionality (last picture)
