Ripped the side of my favorite work tote on a doorknob, thought it was ruined. It's salmon color so couldn't find any leather to patch with. Traveling Bags worked a miracle! She patched it from the inside and you can barely see where it was. THANKS. And picked up a couple facemasks from the website too.

I've had luggage repaired here twice this year, in both cases expecting a "sorry, beyond repair" answer. Both pieces were done quite promptly for charges I consider very reasonable and made virtually like new. A nice place to do business and a problem free experience

After a wonderful trip to Jamaica minus a wheel on my good luggage, it's now back in commission and you would never know anything happened to it. Bonus I got a handbag strap revised too. Now I have a go to place for luggage and leather repairs.

Pilot friendly! Needed a couple seems sewed up near the zippers on my Luggage Works Stealth. Since I had a trip coming up before the repairs could be done they gave me a similar black loaner bag at no charge to use while they repaired my case. Repairs were great and reasonably priced.

Outstanding repair of a Baggallini bag zipper!! The new zipper installed matched the other hardware and the original zipper pull and nylon zipper stop were reattached. Even the contrast color stitching on the inside was as per original. Excellent work. I will be returning with other repairs for them.

Just before Christmas we needed a 20+ year old guitar case to be refurbished as part of a gift with a restored ESP guitar. The case was in bad shape. Bart helped us find the hardware we needed to redo the case Which wasn't easy since the case wasn't made any more. He also did a fabulous job restoring the case which looked like new when it was done. I highly recommend Traveling Bags!

Stopped in to have a zipper on a coach purse repaired. Burt asked if he could take it in the back for a minute, and within 30 seconds he was back and had it fixed! Service was wonderful! I would highly recommend coming here for luggage/purse repairs.

If you need new luggage, Traveling Bags is the place to go! They have expertise in the luggage industry with the various brand names with important need-to-know consumer information such as durability, reliability, ease of use, unique features, pricing, important sizing information (allowable domestic vs. international maximum sizes for carry ons), different warranties for each brand etc. etc. They are extremely customer oriented, helpful, and friendly and think of everything you need to know before buying new luggage. They made what could be a confusing situation a breeze and a very pleasant experience! My husband and I highly recommend them!

Just went to drop my Travelpro crew bag off for a handle repair - it’s at least 11 years old and lost a screw on my flight this week. He asked if I had a few minutes to wait, fixed it right away and even added a zipper where the zipper pull had fallen off. Super friendly and helpful, and very reasonably priced. I hoped by dropping it off today, I’d have it back for Thanksgiving travel, but I drove home with it repaired and in my trunk! Great niche business with fantastic service.

Traveling bags luggage & repair saved my Kate Spade purse! The handles were ruined, but the bag looked unused! Sent it in and when it came back it looked brand spankin’ new! Could not have been happier!! Will definitely recommend and use again.The cherry on top was that the cost was very affordable!

Ricardo luggage wrecked by the airline luggage employees. Burt couldn't repair it due to how badly it was broken but he contacted Ricardo for us and was able to get them to send us a replacement bag for little to no cost. I would certainly utilize these guys for any luggage repair/replacement situations in the future and they have a wealth of experience, contacts, and products.

Have not visited their new location yet. But have used them a few times in the past for repairs to a couple of older TravelPro bags with broken wheel housings. They located hard-to-find parts and were quick to fix my bags. They also did some leather repairs to my wife's handbag. Looks good as new.

My hard-shell luggage had one of its wheels pushed in so that it would not roll properly. I suspect that the smooth finish allowed it to slide off a stack of bags and land on the wheel. Traveling Bags made an excellent repair by popping out the wheel and adding fiberglass to reinforce that corner. The repair saved my $400 piece of luggage. I am very happy with their work.

I’ve had two things repaired here-they did a great job on both! They replaced leather straps on my favorite plaid bag, even recreating stylist stitching that was on the original strap. I didn’t expect they would be able to do that but they did and it looks great!

I was a little hesitant after reading some not so great reviews, but other places had worse reviews. I went ahead and brought in two bags. I was very pleasantly surprised. The repairs were excellent, and the bags were ready sooner than expected. Peggy was very nice. Yes, the place is crowded, and it looks disorganized, but this did not effect the repair. I would definitely use this business again.

Finding the time to leave reviews is so time consuming but with the Covid-19 it seems like I finally HAVE time to do such things - and TRAVELING BAGS Store deserves a compliment. I brought 2 bags in for ZIPPER REPAIR. My vintage Golf Bag and a piece of luggage. They were both repaired exactly the way I expected. The service done was so very reasonable. As many of you know I use to sell Miche Handbags, since they are no longer in business in the US I’ve been taking all my damaged and missing hardware Purse handles to Traveling Bags for repairs. My friend, Roxane Okumura-Dickinson had her favorite Dooney and Burke purse’s zipper repaired. My husband, Don Bray had the handle on his guitar case repaired . All of these items were still in great condition and useable!

Brand new owners! Hosting a grand opening week with unbelievable specials! I left with an excellent deal and piece of luggage, so excited to use it on my Vegas trip in a couple days! Very fair, reasonable prices and great Customer service! The owner sent us home with numerous freebies the kids and I enjoyed! Such great deals that I purposely didn't mention the $5 off coupon I had, lol! Highly recommend! Great location not far from the northwest side of Milwaukee. His wife operates a travel business out of there too!
