Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Beginning 8-1-2026, Traveling Bags has moved to a Flat-Rate Shipping system.
The rates for US shipments are based mainly on the order total before sales tax or  any discount coupons or other discounts are applied, as follows:

We will always ship the most economical way while getting your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.  At times, this may be shipping directly from a manufacturer's warehouse if it is closer and more economical.

Our prefered Shippers are USPS, FedEx, Speedee Delivery, and UPS

Some items and/or brands may indicate free shipping.
If you have a mixed cart that includes these items, you still pay for shipping on the non-free items.

Oversized items - Certain items are oversized and will be charged an additional flat fee of $55 per oversized item to Ship.

This is rare and only affects large and weirdly shaped items. For Example: Hard Plastic Travel Golf Cases  

Shipping Policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays, especially Christmas
Typically, we try to ship on the same business day for orders placed before 3:00 p.m., when the item will ship from our main store.  Items marked as ONLINE ONLY are filled from one of our warehouse fulfillment centers, and this will take 2-5 days. 
Shipping time to any location varies depending on the distance, the carrier and the selected shipping method chosen at checkout. The most dependable shipping is UPS or FedEx.). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
Once shipped, we can not control delays for the shipping companies for any reason.

Items ordered as Special Orders or shipped from our Direct Ship warehouses may experience a 2-5 day delay in shipping.  Custom Items: Items that require framing can also be delayed due to the required processing.  

By purchasing through Traveling Bags, you understand and agree that Traveling Bags is not responsible for deliveries made to addresses that are provided incorrectly. Traveling Bags is not responsible for stolen packages or deliveries made to the wrong address when the correct address was supplied to the delivery company.  We are also not responsible for packages addressed and shipped correctly that are lost or delayed by the shipping companies. As part of this agreement you nunderstand and agree you are not entitled to a refund, credit or a chargeback for shipping and/or the cost of the item(s) shipped that are lost dmaged or stolen wehen Travleing Bags has met te terms of this policye We will assist and do all we can, but ultimately, once shipped, it is the shipper's responsibility to deliver the package.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our storefront

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email with instructions when your order is ready. 

Our in-store pickup hours are anytime during our regular hours.
Mondays - 9 am to 5 pm
Tuesdays - 9 am to 5 pm
Wednesdays - 9 am to 5 pm
Thursdays - 9 am to 6 pm
Friday - 9 am to 6 pm
Saturdays - 9 am to 3 pm
Sundays - Closed
