We want you to be 100% satisfied with your decision to buy from Traveling Bags, and that's why we're offering this bold "No Risk, No Stress" guarantee. It’s straightforward. If you're unhappy with a product you’ve purchased from us, We will do what we can to make it right.
Excluded items for return include:
Framed artwork and prints of all kinds from all manufacturers are not returnable.
Puzzles and games that have been opened are not returnable
Final Sale - No Return Items and not returnable.

Here’s how it works:

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the item within 30 days of the purchase date.
  
  
• The refund is only for the Item(s) being returned and Does Not Cover The Cost of Shipping the item You or Returning the item to us.
  
  
• We will provide a return Shipping Label and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your return amount
  
  
• The original tags and packaging must also be returned. Luggage, bags, and similar items, as well as personal hygiene items, must be unused.
  
  
• If the item is not return with all tags and in unused/undmaged condition the refund will be reduced by 50%.
  
  
• Custom or customized items can not be returned.
  
  
• Monogrammed returned items will have an additional return fee to cover the cost of removing the monogramming, generally $15 - $20
  
  
• Framed artwork and prints of all kinds from all manufacturers can not be returned unless it is an issue related to damage in shipping.
  
  
• Puzzles and games that have been opened. Cannot be returned.
  
  
• Items that are restricted from returns may be eligible if the item is damaged or missing parts/pieces and is the fault of Traveling Bags and/or our suppliers.  Damages caused by shipping are an issue that must be documented at delivery and processed through the shipper.

If you have a customer account, the process is self-service, and you can do it easily from our store site. Look for the Return button in your email and start the process there.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. It must also include original packaging and tags.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded using the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a full refund. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, which will be fully disclosed upon your contact with us.
