I left two backpacks needing repair with Traveling Bags Luggage and Repair. They were both repaired very professionally and it is difficult to discern where the repairs were made, they were so good. I would not hesitate to take other items there should they need repairs. I did not purchase anything there, but it looks like they have a nice selection of hard and soft sided luggage, if you are looking for that.

We were referred to Burt at Traveling Bags by another expert in the city (Cindy @ Heinsight in Tosa) to resolve some issues with a vintage Coach briefcase that needed major rivet and border refinishing / reconstruction and some major TLC. The work done was excellent - and the communication was great throughout. We would highly recommend the folks at Traveling Bags Luggage & Repair to anyone looking for repairs!

I went looking for a specific carry on bag made by Biggs & Riley with international travel dimensions, not common for domestic travel. They had it and another specific piece. I was surprised, pleased and relieved. The salesperson Kristie was great help with everything and I'll go back for future needs.

This place is fabulous! This morning I brought in a suitcase that needed zipper pulls replaced. The woman who helped me did it while I waited, without my even asking for that. She had to use a heat gun to do the repair and was up front that it may not work. She even moved some of the zipper pulls around so they matched better, and she was very friendly. In addition to the outstanding service, the price for the repair was only $16- very Reasonable!They also have a large selection of luggage, and that is where I'll go next time I need it. Thank you!

They did an awesome job fixing the zipper pouch on my Jones Backpack. Works better than when I originally bought it. Will definitely go back with future repairs. Fair price and great customer service.

Outstanding service! I needed my son's catcher's bag zipper repaired and they fixed it on site. Super knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone especially you baseball/softball parents with broken zippers on your gear bags

They did an outstanding job on my two repairs. One was a sentimental duffle bag from the '96 Olympics. Now it can be proudly used again. Another was the closure on a beaded handbag that was a special gift. I can count on Traveling Bags to take great care of the repairs they do. Thank you!

Talk about an amazing business. Found them because I needed a bag repaired. Which they did a great job on.Now for one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had.Ended up looking at some other bags they had as a future purchase. Kristi was super helpful and kind explaining all the differences between brands etc. We decided on what we wanted and she had to order one. My one ask was if they could be in before we headed out on our latest trip. Due to an issue beyond their control the bags weren’t going to be in on time. Well all I can say is they went above and beyond offering us a solution. Would have never expected it. They truly made a customer for life and we will be sending anyone to them that needs new or repairs! Shopping local really pays off when your find a business that gets it!

The extendable handle on my husband's suitcase got broken by an airline. I took his suitcase to Traveling Bags Luggage & Repair to see if they could repair it. The part that was needed is no longer available, so the suitcase company replaced my husband's suitcase. Traveling Bags Luggage & Repair was a pleasure to work with. They kept me posted as to the status of the repair via text and email. We were so impressed with them that we have decided to purchase our suitcases from them the next time we need new suitcases. I highly recommend Traveling Bags Luggage & Repair.

Wow, just wow! I travelled a long way to have a zipper repaired on a favorite suitcase based solely on reviews. They fixed the zipper while I waited & I couldn’t be happier. Very reasonable and well worth the trip.(I was skeptical…I mean, who REALLY offers 5 star service? Guess what: they do!)Better yet, Latitude Travel is inside the store which is a powerful combination. These people know good luggage because they are well-travelled.Currently, they have a nice selection of travel gear and peripherals—under-your-clothes pouches for valuables, locks, mesh packing bags, etc.Can’t wait to visit their upcoming new & bigger location. I hear there will be even more travel-related products, purses, packs, and more.

I was so happy to find that a luggage repair company still exists in Wisconsin. Burt and his team were amazing! They promptly assessed the problem with our carry-on piece and contacted the manufacturer. The resolution was beyond our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased and have already referred a friend. Plus, our son will probably be back to shop in-store when he heads out on international trips. The selection of bags and accessories is excellent, as are the prices. It's nice to actually see and hold the items in person for the same or less than ordering online. I would not hesitate to patronize their store again.
